Another crazy-busy weekend in the books! Our weekends lately have been jam-packed with all kinds of fun! Here’s a glimpse into my past couple of days:
Avocado + goat cheese + cracked pepper on sprouted grain toast is my new favorite snack. Such a unique flavor combo and it’s so delicious!
I started my weekend off on a great note by meeting my Auntie for breakfast at the cutest cafe ever this weekend. I couldn’t help but choose a cider doughnut to bring home for Andy–all of their bakery items looked amazing.
Also picked up a sub from Potbelly’s for him while I was out running a Valentine’s Day errand. I’d have to say, the Valentine season is probably my favorite one at Target. So many pretty and fun things to choose from!
Andy’s sister and brother-in-law came over for the afternoon to hang out and catch up. It was so fun to just kick back, eat snacks, and talk about everything under the sun.
I typically paint my nails biweekly–once on the weekend and then I’ll do another polish change mid-week. I’m sporting Essie’s Chinchilly for the first part of this week and love the neutral gray color that has a subtle purple hue to it. I’ve also jumped on the glitter accent nail bandwagon and therefore my ring fingers almost always have a bit of sparkle on them.
I finally got around to sorting through the images from a photo shoot that I modeled for this past Autumn. There were so many fun shots to choose fun–I can’t wait to share these with you on Wednesday!
I’m anxiously anticipating Valentine’s Day this week! Although it’s a bit overrated, it’s still one of my favorite holidays.

My favorite snack is anything coated in hummus : ) And I can’t choose just 1 Essie color! It would have to be a toss up between Chinchilly, Big Spender, Sand Tropez, Set in Stones, Off the Shoulder… Ok I better stop because they have so many great colors!!

I LOVE that breakfast!! Mmm. My go-to for Essie is “She’s Pampered.” It’s such a pretty red.
