Earlier this fall, Danielle Anderson contacted me to see if I was interested in modeling for a small business owner photo shoot that she was planning. The day of the shoot, we met downtown and did our best to stay dry between the bouts of drizzles that were falling from the sky.
Danielle was so easy to work with–she came prepared with tons of ideas for poses, background sets, and concepts. She didn’t let the inclement weather interrupt her plan for this shoot, and I was excited to receive a CD jam-packed with images.
We walked around downtown so that she could snap pictures in a variety of areas. It’s funny, because a few months after this shoot, I started freelancing for a client that is located on this same exact street–small world!
All-in-all, Danielle was a joy to work with and helped me to feel natural in front of the camera! The last time I had my pictures taken was for our wedding, so it was a little strange flying solo this time around; luckily Danielle’s natural charm helped me feel at ease and before I knew it, it felt very natural.
I’m excited to use these images throughout my website, social media accounts, and other outlets to represent the designer + illustrator behind Laura Likes Design!
