I'm linking up for another What's Up Wednesday! Feel free to play along in the comments!
What we're eating this week:
Homemade chili! I'll be sure to share the recipe on the blog soon! Along with candy corn + peanuts, which is one of my favorite combos!
What I'm reminiscing about:
We recently visited the college that we both graduated from and it gave me such an itch to go back to school! I love learning, which is why I read so much, but there's just something about being in classes that I love!
What I'm loving:
Swapping out my usual summer polishes to all the fall colors! I'm loving this fallish color lately!
What we've been up to:
Celebrating Andy's birthday!
What I'm dreading:
I'm getting an oil change and my tires rotated this week -- along with a new windshield since mine cracked last week. I'm planning to bring my laptop while my vehicle is being worked on, so I'm hoping that the time passes quickly so that I can get on with my day.
What I'm working on:
Freelance projects -- including a fun lettering one, blog posts, and going through closets (I go through my clothes at the end of every season to stay in alignment with my capsule wardrobe mentality).
What I'm excited about:
All the fall activities -- apple orchards, pumpkin carving, fall baking, crisp walks outside while admiring the leaves, etc.!
What I'm watching / reading:
I just checked out a huge stack of thrillers at our local library and I'm excited to breeze through those on weekend afternoons.
What I'm wearing:
We're still in a cool streak, so I've been enjoying all the sweaters!
What I'm doing this weekend:
Going out to dinner to celebrate Andy's birthday
What I'm looking forward to next month:
The premieres of all of my favorite shows this fall! Grey's Anatomy, How to Get Away with Murder, American Housewife, etc. along with a few new ones!
What else is new:
We've got a lot of things up in the air over these next few months, so I have a feeling that this fall / winter is going to be a good season for us!
Also linking up with Jenn today!
